Body Sculpting: This is a full hour of muscle sculpting & stretching challenging the whole body using free weights, body bar, stability ball, & body weight. Focus is on strength, functional core stability & balance, and flexibility.
Cardio Pump: Get ready for a fast pace class! This 50 min class combines simple cardio blasts and power strength training moves for an ultimate workout! Formatted for 3 ½ minutes of cardio to 1 ½ minutes of strength training, this cloass moves quickly. The strength training intervals will help you target every muscle to increase strength, sculpt and define. The simple cardio intervals will raise your heart rate to help burn fat and become more lean. Come prepared to work hard and have fun!
Yoga: Explore the journey of Yoga with deep breathing, stretching in traditional Hatha Yoga positions. Improve figure, physique, physical fitness, relaxation, overall health & well being. Individuals work at their own level.
ABS Class: This strength training workout will lead you through a variety of exercises designed to work your entire core area. You will build muscles you never new you had, while developing core strength that will support you in a wide variety of activities. This class is suitable for any level of fitness.

Mindy:
Mindy has worked at Cutting Edge for 7 years. In this time she has been an opener, closer, worked daycare, Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist. Mindy is very valuable to have around, as she really knows what she is talking about. As a Group Fitness Instructor Mindy has taught Kickboxing, Abs, Lower Body Blast and she is currently instructing Body Sculpting 2 days a week.
Mindy is married to Matt and they have 2 amazing kids.
Jill:
Jill has been a Group Fitness Instructor at Cutting Edge for 7 years. She has taught Step Aerobics, Kickboxing and Pilates. Jill is currently instructing Cardio Pump, Abs, Body Sculpting and Zumba. Jill is full of energy and she will get you motivated to push yourself during her classes.
Jill is married to Stu and they have 2 beautiful daughters.
Patrice:
Patrice is new to Cutting Edge, she has been here for just a few months. Patrice
has been a Group Fitness Instructor for over 4 years and she has taught Step Aerobics,
Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates and Silver Sneakers. Patrice is currently instructing
Yoga at Cutting Edge. Patrice is married to Robert and they have 7 wonderful kids,
6 boys and 1 girl ages 11-
Lara:
Lara has been certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine for 5 years, is a Certified APEX fitness professional, and a member of IDEA. In addition to Personal Training, Lara is also a Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) certified with Yoga Fit. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, improve cardiovascular health or all of the above, Lara specializes in designing a Program specific to your needs.
